Meet the Founder

Mackenzie Ives D'Amato

For as long as I can remember, I've been the person friends, family, and colleagues turned to for planning life's celebrations, from milestone birthdays and engagement parties to destination weekends and corporate gatherings, simply because I loved bringing people together.

Professionally, I've spent nearly eight years at a Big Four consulting firm leading large-scale projects and coordinating complex timelines and stakeholders. That foundation shaped how I approach every event: with organization, clear communication, and meticulous execution.

After planning my own destination wedding in Portugal, I combined that professional expertise with my passion for hosting to create Ives & Ivory Events, a boutique planning company dedicated to celebrations that feel intentional, effortless, and deeply personal.
